Must-Have Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior support plans
Strong foundation in behavior analytic principles and data-driven interventions
Experience supervising clinical or behavioral staff (formal or informal leadership)
In-depth knowledge of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in clinical documentation and behavior data tracking systems
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Licensure or certification as one of the following:
Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LICSW, or Master’s level SLP
Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Background in day habilitation, group homes, or community-based support settings
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing behavioral and human services

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of behavioral services while supporting a dedicated team of clinicians and direct support professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and interpret behavior data to inform interventions
Design, implement, and revise individualized, evidence-based behavior support plans
Train and coach direct support staff on intervention techniques and documentation procedures
Supervise, mentor, and support members of the behavior support team
Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including case managers, families, and healthcare professionals—to align services with each individual’s goals
Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
