Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Georgia team! Come provide your expertise in our expanding clinic located in Hinesville Georgia. As we continue to grow, additional leadership and director roles will become available first to current employees! In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, create individualized treatment plans and supervise RBT's. If you are a BCBA who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director in managing the clinic
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions
- Perform regular supervision of RBT's
- Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field
- Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB
- Previous experience as a BCBA preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
