MANAGEMENT Oversee the training and performance of 6-10 Professional Managers/House Managers and their teams Ensure compliance with state and agency policy is being met at all times Facilitate the intake/discharge process of individuals moving in/out of services Ensure each worksite remains inspection-ready at all times Complete monthly reports on time Work in conjunction with multiple members of administration to ensure the client's medical, financial, and all other support needs are being met and tracked appropriately Facilitate meetings with your team on a regular basis Lead or assist Professional Managers/House Managers with preparing for monthly inspections and reviews and ensure any issues have been resolved in a timely manner Provide on-call duties as directed QUALIFICATIONS 5-year management experience at a Professional Manager/QDDP position equivalent or above. 10-year experience working with individuals with IDD within the scope of DMH waivered services Obtain and maintain FA/CPR certification, Abuse/Neglect training, Level 1 Medication Aid certification, Bloodborne Pathogens, Positive Behavior Supports training, and HIPAA. Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain auto insurance
Must be able to pass Family Care Safety Registry and criminal background check
