Job Details Title: Integrated Marketing Director Duration: 5 months, with potential to convert Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Remote, anywhere in the US Responsibilities Own and define the integrated marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and revenue objectives. Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team focused on campaign planning, demand generation, and email/lifecycle marketing initiatives. Design and execute comprehensive, full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, content, paid media, events, and outbound channels. Develop and implement account-based experience (ABX) programs tailored to engage key strategic accounts and decision-makers. Cultivate strong partnerships with sales and revenue operations teams to synchronize campaign strategies with pipeline goals and account priorities. Build and optimize sophisticated nurture programs designed to accelerate lead progression and foster customer expansion. Rigorously measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and return on investment, translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, brand, and growth teams to deliver a seamless and compelling buyer journey. Requirements A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing – preferably for SaaS or technology companies. At least 5 years in a dedicated team leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Deep expertise across integrated marketing disciplines, including campaign strategy, demand generation, account-based methodologies, and email/lifecycle marketing. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and empower small, agile marketing teams to achieve significant, measurable impact. Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively aligning with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations teams. A highly analytical mindset, adept at leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and continuously optimize campaign performance. Familiarity with leading marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement platforms. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $100-$120 an hour.
