Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent preferred. One to two years of related experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups from all social and economic backgrounds.

Essential Functions Supervise program activities to meet community needs and YMCA objectives. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff and volunteers; motivate teams to achieve goals. Develop new programs and expand existing ones within the community. Assist with marketing, program registration, and scholarship processing. Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations. Manage program budgets to meet fiscal goals. Coordinate facility use for programs and events. Support YMCA fundraising and special events. Model relationship-building skills. Respond promptly to member and community inquiries and complaints. Assist with Program Committee meetings. Track and evaluate program participation and effectiveness. Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of chemical levels, maintenance, and staff certifications. Conduct pool maintenance, scheduling, and safety trainings. Perform other duties as assigned.
