Overview We are looking for a creative leader for our internal agency Global Studio in driving a consistent brand vision for the Amazon brand globally. This creative lead role falls under Amazon central brand and creative team, bringing exceptional ideas with a high level of craft to global and partner teams. Responsibilities Drive world-class global campaigns across Amazon, leading the conceptualization, execution, and scaling of breakthrough, global 360 creative assets (TV, social, digital, OOH, etc.). Deliver concepts and copy in Amazon's unique brand voice, with a passion for world-class work and global experience. Be a hands-on Creative Director who can develop work as an individual contributor while collaborating with and leading internal teams and agency partners. Apply strong strategic knowledge to make intentional creative choices and tackle new challenges daily. Assess project needs quickly, respond with fresh ideas and strategic thinking, and professionally present work with enthusiasm for both inspiration and rigorous thinking. Work across multiple marketing channels, understanding the complexities and implications of a global brand. Develop cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to build strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and audience-centric messaging principles. Demonstrate the ability to scale campaigns for global audiences and lead with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications A portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns spanning TV/Film, digital, OOH, social media, design, and radio. 5+ years experience overseeing creative teams in a management capacity (internal copywriters, art directors, designers, external agencies, and freelancers). Proven copywriting skills across campaign concepts, headlines, and scripts, with the ability to deliver engaging copy for diverse brands and tones. Experience scaling creative campaigns across channels for global audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and juggle multiple projects. Ability to develop cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to drive strategy and insights for creative executions. Deep understanding of digital marketing, emerging platforms, and audience-centric messaging. Experience working on brands with global scale and adaptability to different cultures. Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives. Experience with a world-class advertising agency or consultancy. Curiosity to dig into success metrics and understand key drivers. Proficiency in Figma and Keynote. Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results on creative projects. Self-motivated team player with refined and assertive leadership skills. Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines. Foster a creative culture that embraces experimentation, leverages the latest technologies, and raises the bar. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year to $210,300/year. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
