Louisville Gardens - Louisville Gardens , located in Louisville, Ohio is seeking an Admissions Director / Business Office Manager who will oversee both the admissions process and business office operations to ensure a smooth, positive experience for residents and their families.
Admissions Director: Serve as the primary contact for all new resident admissions.
Guide residents and families through the admissions process with professionalism and compassion.
Ensure all admission documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate room readiness and resident needs.
Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements for admissions.
Business Office Management: Oversee billing, insurance verification, and payment posting processes.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, and month-end reporting.
Provide clear communication to residents and families regarding financial obligations.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing admissions and/or business office operations.
Understands healthcare billing processes and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Is empathetic, professional, and able to work well with residents, families, and staff.
