Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking an Admissions Director for our skilled nursing facility in Urbandale, IA .
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to oversee the internal patient admissions process.
Shift Available: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Rate: $28-$32/hour
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate between external liaison and department heads
· Complete admission paperwork with patients and families
· Secure insurance authorizations prior to admission
· Ensure equipment and medication are in place for admissions
· Provide tours to prospective patients and families
· Ensure smooth transition and excellent customer service for each new patient
· Work with patients and families to secure testimonials and positive Google reviews
· Assist External Liaison with community marketing and events
· Post content to facility’s social media accounts
· Assign patient rooms and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure room readiness
· Scan completed paperwork into PCC
Requirements:
· 2+ years experience in Admissions in a SNF setting preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Customer service oriented
