ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The City of Woodstock is searching for a passionate administrative professional to be our next Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director-Business Development. This is a new role and a great opportunity for one to support the Executive Director.

Job Summary (What you will do):

You will provide high-level administrative and project support to the Executive Director-Business Development, assisting to advance marketing, economic development and tourism initiatives for the City of Woodstock. Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination and minute-taking, interdepartmental communication, and follow-up on project/action items. The position reports directly to the Executive Director-Business Development.

Salary & Benefits:

The pay range for this full-time, non-exempt/hourly position is $31.71 to $34.88 an hour. The City participates in the IMRF pensions plan and has generous health plans available.
