CPR certification Responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive activity program that meets the needs and preferences of residents. Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring a variety of options that promote engagement and participation. Evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make adjustments based on resident feedback and changing needs. Collaborate with staff, families, and community resources to enhance the activity offerings and ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes to report on the success of the activity programs.
