Key Responsibilities:

Duties:

Plan, organize, and coordinate activities for residents within a senior living community

Develop and implement programs that enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed

Manage the activity schedule to provide a diverse array of engaging options for residents

Offer counseling and support to residents and their families on aging-related issues

Collaborate with other team members to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment

Maintain precise records of resident participation and progress

Qualifications:

CNA license is preferred

Experience working with seniors or in a similar position is highly valued

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess individual needs and develop tailored activity plans

Knowledge of aging issues and available resources for seniors

Exceptional organizational and time management skills
