Duties: - Plan, organize, and coordinate activities for residents in a senior living community - Develop and implement programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being - Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed - Manage the activity schedule to ensure a variety of engaging options for residents - Provide counseling and support to residents and their families regarding aging issues - Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive community environment - Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

Qualifications: - CNA licensed preferred - Experience working with seniors or in a similar role is highly desired - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to assess individual needs and develop personalized activity plans - Knowledge of aging issues and resources available for seniors - Excellent organizational and time management skills
