Our client located in Charlestown, NH is looking for an Accounting Director to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Accounting Director position are as follows:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree/CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Skilled in inventory management and systems management Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Proven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits you will receive as the Accounting Director:

$100K-$120K/year, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Full-time hours with some flexibility

For the Accounting Director position your duties will include:

Oversee accounting and finance functions Establish and maintain systems and controls to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance Prepare financial reports and analyze data Work with internal and external stakeholders Foster a positive team environment that encourages continuous improvement Other tasks as assigned
