Overview: Account Executive
In this Business Development role, your main responsibility is to identify and secure new customers within your assigned territory. You'll engage prospects, introduce them to our comprehensive safety solutions, and help expand our client base.

Compensation – Account Executive:
- Base Salary: $45,000-$51,750
- Commission & Bonus Potential: $40,000 – $135,000+ per year (uncapped monthly commissions, quarterly bonuses)
- Annual Stipend: $10,500 for vehicle and cell phone (paid monthly)
What You'll Do as an Account Executive:
- Actively prospect new clients through phone outreach, in-person sales calls, lead generation and follow-up.
- Maintain and track your sales activity using a CRM system.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts.
- Collaborate with and learn from top-performing sales team members.
Required Qualifications – Account Executive:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field of study
- Sales experience, ideally in industrial, field-based (outside sales), or blue-collar environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B sales experience.
- Strong skills in cold outreach, closing deals, and building relationships.
- Drive new business through outbound calls and in-person meetings.
- Experience using a CRM platform for managing sales pipelines.
