Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
Sales Initiatives: Lead sales efforts to attract new business, while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
Policy Development: Customize insurance plans that align with clients individual requirements and risk profiles.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure competitive rates for clients.
Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years in insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
Licensing: Must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
