Join a fast-growing Series A AI startup ($27M funded) that just closed a million-dollar deal and is experiencing high inbound lead volume. We're rapidly expanding our sales team and looking for hungry Account Executives to help capture massive market opportunity in the $30B market research industry.

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: $100k-$125k base + $100k-$125k commission (50/50 split, OTE: $200k-$250k)

What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and close mid-market to enterprise deals
• Handle complex enterprise contracts with large companies
• Build consistent sales pipeline and exceed quota targets
• Work directly with CEO and founding team on revenue growth
• Potential to grow into Sales leadership role as we scale rapidly

What We Need

Essential:

• 2+ years quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
• Strong outbound sales background and track record
• Track record of 100%+ quota attainment
• Experience with both mid-market and enterprise-level contracts
• Proven growth trajectory (ideally BDR to AE progression)

Preferred:

• Experience selling into marketing, design, or product teams
• Background at VC-backed startups
• Founding AE or early GTM experience
