What You Will Do: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from strategic prospecting to closing, with a focus on mid-market opportunities Engage with technical decision-makers to understand their integration needs and demonstrate value Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate opportunities Collaborate closely with founders to shape the company's sales strategy and processes Lead discovery calls, proof of concept implementations, and negotiate complex deals Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices Ideal Candidate Background: 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement Proven track record in selling technical products, particularly APIs or developer tools Experience as an early sales hire in a startup environment Strong understanding of the API ecosystem and technical integration landscape Bachelor's degree Based in New York City area Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience at an API-first company in an AE or SE role Established network in InsurTech or mid-market segments Track record of managing deals with ACVs between $20K-$60K Experience building sales processes from the ground up Comfort with both high-touch enterprise sales and volume-based approaches Compensation and Benefits: Competitive OTE ranging from $100K-$250K Equity package between 0.05% - 0.15% Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organization Work directly with founders and shape the future of the company Modern office in NYC's Flatiron District Comprehensive benefits package Location: New York, NY (In-office position)
