Senior Account Director - US
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Airline team as Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client programs and maintaining and expanding strong relationships with key accounts. You will serve as a strategic partner to our airline clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the achievement of their business objectives. This role requires a unique blend of customer satisfaction, account management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
How you will make an impact:
Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue generation.
Develop account strategies and collaborate with clients to align program objectives with their business objectives.
Conduct regular account reviews and present performance reports to clients, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with senior executives, both internally and externally, to present program updates, discuss strategic initiatives, and address concerns.
Foster collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with program objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze program performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to program management and account direction.
Share insights and lessons learned with the broader team to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Skills you will have fine-tuned:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of airline experience in payments, revenue accounting or similar functional areas
5+ years of enterprise-level account management
Proven track record navigating complex situations
Experience leading contract negotiations and renewals with key accounts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to understand client objectives and align programs accordingly.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
Proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
