The Role We’re looking for an Account Director who thrives on growth - someone who can open new doors, deepen channel partnerships, and drive expansion across a fast‑scaling consulting firm redefining compliance technology services. What You’ll Do Drive net-new business and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Leverage the OneTrust channel and other strategic partnerships to source and grow opportunities. Build strong client relationships and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery teams. Collaborate with leadership to shape FLLR’s go‑to‑market strategy and positioning. What You Bring Proven success landing new business in consulting, SaaS, or technology services. Experience selling into Chief Privacy Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, or Chief Marketing Officers. Experience selling professional services. Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, or marketing technology. Entrepreneurial drive, quota ownership, and passion for building from the ground up. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and strategic sales skills.
