How you'll make an impact
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives at key data center accounts
Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional teams across five business units to deliver integrated solutions
Represent the voice of the customer within Hitachi Energy and resolve complex challenges
Identify growth opportunities and lead high-impact solution development
Mentor and guide internal teams to align with account strategy
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your background
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred
12+ years of account management experience, ideally in complex, matrixed environments
5+ years working with data center clients, preferably hyperscale
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Experience managing global or multi-regional accounts
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
