If you're passionate about doing good and ready to join us, we have an immediate opening for an Account Director in our Los Angeles offices on the Film/Television/Streaming team .
Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience, a strong background in media relations, excellent press contacts, and a thorough understanding of film and television releases, festivals, awards, and the streaming landscape. You should understand the entertainment industry, from red carpet premieres to strategic campaign development, online and offline engagement, and media opportunities for talent and influencers.
Our Account Directors lead accounts, counsel clients, motivate teams, and pitch ideas. They work on integrated accounts involving brand and influencer integration, digital strategy, and more. Curiosity and a desire to grow skills are important.
Responsibilities include:
Leading account teams and managing projects from start to finish.
Developing and executing media and communication strategies.
Building trusting relationships with clients.
Managing complex issues and providing thoughtful counsel.
Leading new business efforts and creating proposals.
Collaborating with senior colleagues across the agency.
Training and mentoring junior staff.
Responding efficiently to client requests.
You should apply if:
You have at least 8 years of PR experience focused on film and television.
You are a strong, persuasive, and concise writer.
You have established relationships with entertainment media.
You are strategic, innovative, and enjoy brainstorming.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple projects well.
You take pride in overdelivering and contributing positively.
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
