The Technical Director will play a key role in planning and executing the technical and production aspects of our live productions. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and creativity in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute technical aspects of live productions Serve as show TD and Production lead. Oversee audio, lighting, and visual elements to ensure seamless execution of recordings, shows, and events Manage technical equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functionality Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live productions Train and supervise technical staff as needed Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance production quality Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical director role Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and visual equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Travel will be a large part of this role, up to 80%.
