Job Title: Director of Organic Social & Influencer Marketing
Location: 100% Remote, United Stares Pay Rate: $150,000-$155,000/year Duration: direct-hire Fulltime position
Role Overview: This full-time, remote role (reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer) will lead organic social and influencer marketing strategy to drive brand growth, engagement, and community. It's responsible for shaping content and partnerships that reflect the brand's mission, elevate key products, and align with its voice and values. The role oversees influencer campaigns and social channels while supporting awareness, conversion, and wholesale partner success. Quarterly travel of up to 30% is required for team meetings, business reviews, content capture, and events.
Responsibilities: Influencer Marketing
• Lead innovative influencer strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Manage all aspects of influencer campaigns for DTC, e-commerce, and wholesale, including talent sourcing, content briefs, reviews, contracts, and reporting
• Plan and execute influencer events that drive impact and visibility
• Collaborate with Acquisition team on paid sponsorships and ad access
• Oversee micro-influencer and UGC campaigns, including product sends, execution, asset management, and reporting
• Develop and manage product seeding strategies from planning to execution
• Deliver a standout influencer experience to foster long-term engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, agencies, influencer networks, and vendors
Organic Social
• Lead strategy for organic TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn content and presence
• Create a community management plan that builds positive engagement and fosters creator relationships
• Identify and strategize expansion into new social platforms
• Define content mix strategy across brand-led, creator, UGC, and independent content
• Manage strategy and execution for contracted creators producing native social content
• Drive UGC strategy and tactics to support various business initiatives
• Build and grow CEO + Founder's social media presence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support brand moments, campaigns, and PR initiatives
• Partner with PR, Talent, and Brand teams on Brand Ambassador social content ideas
• Set KPIs and lead ongoing social reporting and performance analysis
Team Leadership
• Manage direct reports and the influencer/organic social internship program, providing coaching, accountability, and talent development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute brand strategy and contribute to business growth objectives.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to streamline processes, deliver results, and foster unified leadership.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Influencer Marketing • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Must have experience working hands on in social media platforms, editing, posting and engaging in community management • Must have content creation experience • Passion for content creation, storytelling, innovative ideas and strategy • Tech, Consumer Goods or Beauty experience preferred • Experience in digital analytics and social listening tools, measuring campaign ROI and metrics to support overall influencer strategy. • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
