One of our non-profit clients is looking for a Graphic Designer / Art Director to join their team for an ongoing freelance role with the potential for contract-to-hire. Job Responsibilities Design creative materials for both print and digital platforms, aligned with the organization’s brand and campaign goals. Adapt and refine existing design concepts for a variety of channels (i.e. flyers, social, email, event collateral, reports, etc.). Collaborate with the Traffic Manager, marketing staff, and internal stakeholders to review, modify, and finalize designs. Present design concepts for feedback and implement revisions as needed. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, mail houses) to ensure quality and accuracy. Use project management and collaboration tools (i.e. Asana, OneDrive, Outlook, SmugMug, etc.) to track progress and meet deadlines. Qualifications At least 3+ years of agency or in-house experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, or Production Designer BA degree in graphic design, art, or relevant field Fully proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Adaptable, collaborative, and positive attitude Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with staff at all levels and external vendors.
