As the Director of Healthcare Services/RN, you’ll play a vital leadership role by:

Overseeing care delivery: Ensure the highest standards of patient and client care in compliance with all home health regulations and quality guidelines

Leading a multidisciplinary team: Coordinate and support nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, and social workers to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and client satisfaction

Building and developing your team: Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain skilled clinicians and caregivers who share our commitment to compassionate care

Managing clinical operations: Oversee the delivery of medical supplies and equipment while ensuring staff are properly trained in care procedures

Championing patient satisfaction: Assess patient and client needs, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence

Driving operational efficiency: Manage financial and clinical resources responsibly to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care

A few must-haves for the Director of Healthcare Services/RN:

Education & License: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN or BSN license in Florida

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home healthcare

Leadership: At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing caregivers or clinical staff

Certifications: Current CPR certification and valid RN license

Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards

Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
